In compliance with the letter No. //7246/Mbavi/24-25 Nava Raipur Atal Nagar dated 01.10.2024 and No. / 10478/Mbavi/Msmi/Sakhi-4/2024-25 Nava Raipur CG Balod Sakhi One Stop Centre Vacancy 2025, dated 27.11.2024, of the Directorate of Women and Child Development Department Chhattisgarh, applications are invited through registered post/speed post/courier in the office number 79 of the office of District Program Officer Women and Child Development Department District-Balod Joint Collectorate Premises as per the details shown against them for the following posts in Sakhi One Stop Center Balod till 25.04.2025 during office hours:

पैरा लीगल कार्मिक

  • In the absence of Legal Advisors provided by District Legal Services Authority, the legal counselling service could be outsourced to any Women having a degree in Law with legal training or knowledge of laws with at least 3 years experience of working within a Government or Non-Government women related project programme at the district level or to any practicing Lawyer with at least 2 years’ experience of litigation in any court of law

पैरा मेडिकल कार्मिक

  •  In the absence of regular paramedical personnel provided by district health authorities, the medical assistance service could be outsourced to any woman having a professional degree/diploma in paramedics. with a background in the health sector and preferably with at least 3 years’ experience working within a government or non-government health project program at the district level.

सुरक्षा गार्ड/नाइट गार्ड

  • The services could be outsourced to any woman who has passed the 8th grade from any recognized board and has at least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputable organization at the district/state level. She should preferably be retired military/military personnel

Rules

  • A candidate who has married a person who already has a spouse alive will not be eligible. In such a case, the government can decide otherwise, i.e., if the government is satisfied that there is sufficient reason to do so, it can exempt this restriction.
  • The application form should be submitted in the prescribed format. The desired certificates, mark sheets, and other documents should be attested/verified by a gazetted officer/self along with the application form.
  • Regarding experience, the candidate must attach a full-time work experience certificate issued by the employer of the concerned institution, certified/verified by a gazetted officer. The authenticity of the experience certificate must be tested.
  • The decision of the appointing officer, the district collector, regarding validating the experience given by the applicant in the application will be final.
  • Any type of voluntary service certificate will not be accepted as experience. Employees working in government/semi-government organizations will be required to submit their application along with the employer’s no objection certificate; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
  • No separate information will be given to the candidates regarding incomplete, unclear, and erroneous application forms, and such application forms will be rejected. Candidates not having the required qualifications should not apply.
  • A separate application has to be given for each post. The name of the post and unreserved category/reserved category scheduled (tribe)/reserved category (other backward class) should be clearly mentioned on the envelope and in the application form; otherwise, the application can be rejected. The name of the sender and full correspondence address (including e-mail address and mobile number) must be mentioned on the envelope and in the application form.
  • The applicant should check his eligibility himself and send the application form only after fulfilling the prescribed qualifications and conditions for the advertised post. If an applicant is found ineligible at any stage of selection, his/her application form can be cancelled and his/her candidacy can be terminated.
