Education Qualifications:-
- पैरा लीगल कार्मिक/वकील In the absence of legal advisors from the District Legal Services Authority, any person having a degree in Law or with legal training or knowledge of laws and at least 3 years’ experience working within a government or non-government women-related project program at the district level, or any practicing lawyer with at least 2 years’ experience of litigation in any court of law, could outsource the legal counseling service.
- पैरामेडिकल कार्मिक In the absence of regular paramedical personnel that District Health Authorities provide, we could outsource the medical assistance service to any woman who has a professional degree/diploma in paramedics with a background in the health sector and preferably with at least 3 years’ experience working within a government or non-government health project/program at the district level.
- सुरक्षा गार्ड Any person who has passed the 8th from any recognised board and has at least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputable organisation at the district/state level could outsource the service.

Rules
Maximum 60 marks, giving a weightage of 100 marks to the percentage obtained in the desired minimum educational qualification.
After the minimum experience, 02 marks will be given for each additional year of experience, maximum 10 marks.
Applicants with work experience in the field of Women Helpline or Sakhi One Stop Centre of the state will earn 02 marks per year as bonus marks, which will be up to a maximum of 10 marks.
On the basis of the above, merit will be prepared on the basis of a total of 80 marks.
20 marks will be fixed for walk-in interview/skill test. It is necessary for the candidate to have knowledge of the local language/dialect. During walk-in interview, the criteria will be kept on this basis only.
In case of equal marks in the selection merit list of the candidates, preference will be given in selection on the basis of seniority in age.
