Advertisement for recruitment on vacant (contractual) posts of Accounting cum M.I.S Assistant under NRLM

Applications are invited from the desired qualified and interested candidates for the post of Accounts cum MIS Assistant (Contract) approved at the district/development block level under Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission till date April, 2025. Office hours: 5.00 PM. Along with the educational qualification shown in the advertisement, necessary documents, and the latest self-attested photo, send them through registered post/speed post to the address of the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Janjgir-Champa, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) 495668. Applications received in person or through e-mail or any other electronic medium will not be accepted and applications received after the last date will be considered automatically cancelled.
Method of Appointment:
- A merit list will be prepared after thorough scrutiny of the received applications. Which will be ten times the advertised posts.
- For Accounts cum MIS Assistant, candidates will be called for a skill test at 1:10.
- After verification of original certificates/computer practical tests, appointment orders for eligible candidates will be issued.
- A waiting list of 3 candidates along with the selected candidate will be issued, which will be valid for one year.
- After verification of original certificates, an appointment order for the eligible candidate will be issued by the appointing officer.
Other conditions:
- Applications in the prescribed format will be accepted only through registered/speed post till 09.04.204 on office days and time in the District Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa office. Applications received through any other medium will not be considered.
- For correspondence, a blank envelope with a Rs. 5 postage stamp and a self-addressed address must be attached with the application.
- The name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the envelope; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
- Minimum age 21 years and maximum 35 years. The eligibility for relaxation will be as per the instructions issued from time to time for Chhattisgarh residents and various categories regarding age limit relaxation by the General Administration Department. Age will be calculated on the basis of January 1, 2025.
- Only a permanent caste and residence certificate issued by the competent authority will be valid.
- The disabled person will have to submit a certificate issued by the medical board. 7. The applicant’s photo and all certificates and mark sheets must be self-attested in the application. In case of not being self-attested, the application will be considered cancelled.
- The contractual appointment will be for one year. Thereafter, if required, on the basis of workability, efficiency, annual performance appraisal, and behavior, the work period can be considered to be continued for one year with the consent of both the parties as per the instructions of the government.
- In the appointment, all the conditions regarding contract appointment will be applicable as per General Administration Department’s Memorandum No. F. 9-1/2012/1-3 dated 31 December, 2012.
- During the contract period, the appointment will be governed by Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.
- During the contract period, there will be eligibility for leave under Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules, 2012.
- During the contract period, the appointment can be terminated by either of the parties by giving one month’s prior notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof.
- After the termination of service, there will be no eligibility for any type of pension, allowance or death benefit etc. for the service period given as a contract officer / employee.
- The total applications received in the district will be listed on merit basis and they will be called for skill test. Thereafter, the final selection list will be prepared by adding the marks obtained in the skill test.
- Experience certificate (related to the qualification prescribed for the applied post) will be valid only for government/semi-government/government funded/government funded non-government institutions. Experience marks will be given to the candidate only if he has experience related to the equivalent post as per rules.
- At the time of application, the name of the institution issuing the experience certificate, complete address and office order number, date and name and designation of the issuing officer, telephone number, and email information for contact must be given. Otherwise, in the absence of this, the experience given by the applicant will not be considered valid and will be kept in the category of ineligible, for which it is mandatory for the applicant to submit a 01-year certified pay slip and bank statement continuously. The final decision regarding acceptance/invalidation of the documents submitted for post-wise experience will be reserved with the selection committee.
- The candidate having equivalent work experience related to the post of Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission will be given 01 mark for each full year of experience and a maximum of 05 marks.
- The applicant securing the highest marks in terms of educational qualification, experience, and marks obtained in the skill test will be issued an appointment order only after verification of the original certificate (documents), and the applicant securing marks on the basis of priority in the list will be kept on the waiting list for one year. If the post becomes vacant in the future, then it will be filled from the waiting list in turn by 03 applicants.
- A written/skill test will be conducted for the post of Accounts cum MIS Assistant.
- If percentage marks are not mentioned in the mark sheet of any applicant but only the grade is given, then those applicants will be given average percentage marks of that grade. For example, if an applicant has got an A grade in 8th and an A grade is between 80 and 90 percent, then a priority list will be prepared considering the marks of that applicant as 85 percent.
- The mutual seniority of candidates securing equal marks will be determined on the basis of their age, according to which the candidate with higher age will be selected first.
- Applicants working in government/non-government institutions will have to submit their application form through the proper channel along with a no-objection certificate. 23. Such applicants who have been removed from any post by Chhattisgarh Ajeevika Sanvardhan Samiti or any other government department on the basis of service indiscipline/improper behaviour/arbitrariness
- Such applicants who have been removed from any post by the Chhattisgarh Livelihood Promotion Committee or any other government department on the basis of indiscipline/improper behavior/arbitrariness or irregularity in the past will not be eligible for selection. If wrong information is given, the candidature will be considered cancelled.
- Incomplete/ambiguous and defective applications will be cancelled, and no separate information will be given.
- An applicant who has married before the minimum age prescribed for marriage will not be eligible for appointment.
- A candidate who has married a person who already has a husband/wife alive will not be eligible. In such a case, the government can decide otherwise; i.e., if the government is satisfied that there is sufficient reason to do so, then it can exempt it from this restriction.
- All documents attached with the application/mark sheet/experience certificate/caste/residence and other certificates issued before the date of application will be valid only.
- A change in the number of posts is possible.
- The roster of posts for each district will be applicable in the advertisement.
