Director, Panchayat Directorate, CG Jaspur Samvida Recruitment 2025, dated 20.03.2025 Under the revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan Yojana, for the contractual recruitment of the following post approved in the district, application forms in the prescribed format from interested candidates, natives of Chhattisgarh, having the desired qualifications, including the mandatory educational qualifications mentioned below, will be accepted in the office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Jashpur (CG), till 05:00 PM on 25/04/2025 only through registered post/speed post. No late application forms will be considered.

Educational Qualifications
Passed graduation degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution
At least 01 year of work experience in the implementation of various schemes under a government/semi-government office.

Rules 

1. Applications in the prescribed format must include a photo and copies of all educational and experience-related documents, self-certified by the applicant. Otherwise, the application form will be considered cancelled.
2. The name and designation for which the application is being made should be mentioned on the envelope. Similarly, the name of the sender and full address for correspondence should be written on the envelope. It is mandatory to attach 02 envelopes with your own correspondence address along with the application form, containing postage stamps of Rs. 25 each.
3. It is mandatory to have all educational and other qualifications till the date of advertisement. Otherwise, the application form will be cancelled immediately.
4. The age will be minimum 21 and a maximum of 35 years. The eligibility for relaxation will be as per the instructions issued from time to time for Chhattisgarh residents and various categories by the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department regarding relaxation in the age limit. Age will be calculated on the basis of 01 January 2025. 5.
5. The applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh. It will be mandatory to attach the Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
6. The applicant must have a live registration in the employment office.
7. The contract period will be valid from the date of appointment to the scheme period or the end of the financial year, whichever is earlier. A confidential report will be written every year for the employee appointed on contract. On the basis of the confidential report and the requirement of the department, and by assessing the suitability of the contract appointment, a decision can be taken to extend the contract renewal period by 01 year.
8. This appointment will be applicable as per the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules, 2012, pl issued by the General Administration Department and the amendments made in it from time to time.
9. Contract appointees will be governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.
