As per the instructions given in letter no./3357/V-6/NRLM/HR&A/2025 Nava Raipur dated 17.01.2025 of Mission Director, Development Commissioner Office, SRLM Cell, Vikas Bhawan, Sector-19, Nava Raipur, applications are invited from eligible applicants having the qualifications as per the post wise prescribed reservation and eligibility for filling the following approved/vacant posts on lump sum monthly salary basis in various District Mission and Block Mission Offices by the office of District Panchayat Kanker under Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission ‘Bihan’ till 5:00 pm on …9.104./.25 through registered post speed post in the name of Office of Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat U.B. Kanker (CG). To apply, you can get all the information/rules and conditions related to “Recruitment on approved vacant posts”, post wise prescribed qualification/eligibility, post wise reservation etc. given in the website of the district www.kanker.gov.in and can apply till the prescribed date and time. Applications directly in person or through e-mail or other electronic means will not be accepted. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be considered.

Recruitment on approved/vacant posts for districts will be done by the districts; it is mandatory to apply separately for each post.

Terms and conditions for applying:

  1. Contract appointments will be made as per the conditions contained in the Contract Rules 2012 issued by the Chhattisgarh Government.
  2. Contract appointments will be for a maximum period of 1 year. Thereafter, if required, on the basis of work qualification, work capacity, and the requirement of the department, the work period can be considered to be continued for one year with the consent of both the parties as per the instructions of the government. On the expiry of the contract appointment period, the contract appointment will be automatically deemed to be terminated.
  3. During the contract period, there will be eligibility for leave under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012.
  4. The appointment made on the post of contract appointment is completely temporary and can be terminated at any time without giving any reason. During the contract period, the appointment can be terminated by either of the two parties by giving one month’s prior notice or by giving one month’s salary in lieu thereof.
  5. After the end of service, there will be no eligibility for any kind of pension, allowance, or death benefit, etc., for the service period given as a contract officer/employee.
  6. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a native of Chhattisgarh. It will be mandatory to attach a self-attested copy of the residence certificate issued by the competent authority.
  7. According to Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Recruitment Rules) 2012, the minimum age should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 35 years as of 01.01.2025. Orders/instructions regarding relaxation in the age limit issued from time to time by the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department will be applicable for contract appointments.
  8. Age will be calculated as of 01.01.2025.
  9. A high school/higher secondary school or matriculation certificate will be valid for age proof.
  10. Only a permanent caste/residence certificate issued by a competent authority will be accepted.
  11. The desired certificates and mark sheet should be self-attested along with the application. If the desired certificate is not verified, the application will be rejected. The applicant himself will be responsible for this.
  12. Apply on A-4 size paper as per the application format. The application form should be filled completely in clear letters. It is mandatory to paste your own attested latest passport-size color photograph in the application form and attach two self-addressed envelopes (with a Rs. 5 postage stamp). Applications received after the prescribed date and applications received directly in the office will not be accepted.
  13. The name of the post for which the application is being made should be clearly mentioned on the envelope and in the application form. Incomplete/clear and erroneous applications will not be considered, and the application will be rejected. For which the applicant himself will be responsible.
  14. Employees working on regular posts in government, semi-government, and autonomous institutions will be required to attach a no-objection certificate issued by their employer.
  15. All the conditions regarding contractual appointment will be applicable as per the General Administration Department’s Memorandum No. F 9-1/2012/1-3 dated 31.12.2012 and updated instructions.
  16. Persons appointed to contractual posts will be governed by CG Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965.
  17. After testing the total applications received as per the prescribed criteria, the list of eligible and ineligible will be prepared and uploaded on the district website for claims and objections and will be pasted on the notice board of the Zila Panchayat. 18. On the basis of the list prepared for resolution of claims and objections, call letters for interview and computer practical test (wherever applicable) will be sent to 20 times the number of candidates (on the basis of 1:20) against the vacant posts for each advertised post through registered post and e-mail. Thereafter, the final selection list will be prepared by adding the marks obtained in the practical test and interview (wherever applicable). The candidate securing the highest marks will be given the appointment, and 05 applicants will be kept in the waiting list. In the future, if the post becomes vacant, it will be filled from the waiting list, which will be valid for 01 year from the date of release of the final selection list.
  18. On the basis of the list prepared for resolution of claims and objections, call letters for interview and computer practical test (wherever applicable) will be sent to 20 times the number of candidates (on the basis of a 1:20 basis) against the vacant posts for each advertised post through registered post and e-mail. Thereafter, the final selection list will be prepared by adding the marks obtained in the practical examination and interview (wherever applicable). The candidate securing the highest marks will be appointed, and 05 applicants will be kept in the waiting list. In the future, if the post becomes vacant, it will be filled from the waiting list, which will be valid for 01 year from the date of release of the final selection list.
  19. Experience certificates (related to the qualification prescribed for the applied post) will be valid only from government/semi-government/government-funded/government-funded non-government institutions. Experience marks will be given to the candidate only if he has experience related to the equivalent post as per rules.
  20. At the time of application, the name of the institution issuing the experience certificate, its complete address, and office order number issued for experience, date and name and designation of the issuing officer, telephone number, and email information of the concerned person for contact must be given. Otherwise, in the absence of this, the experience given by the applicant will not be considered valid and will be placed in the category of ineligible – for which the applicant himself will be responsible. Also, it is mandatory for the applicant to submit 01 year of certified pay slips and bank statements continuously for the issued experience certificate. The final decision regarding acceptance/invalidation of the documents submitted for post-wise experience will be reserved with the selection committee.
  21. If in the mark sheet of any applicant only a grade is given instead of percentage marks, then those applicants will be awarded average percentage marks of that grade.
  22. The mutual seniority of candidates getting equal marks will be determined on the basis of their age, according to which the candidate with higher age will be selected first.
  23. After verification of original certificates/computer practical test and interview, the appointment order will be issued to the eligible candidate by the concerned officer.
  24. The application form must reach the District Panchayat Kanker by registered/speed post by 05.00 pm on 19.104/2025.
  25. The decision of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat U.B. Kanker, regarding the applications received will be final and universally accepted.
  26. If the applicant directly or indirectly creates any kind of interference in the appointment process or tries to influence it, then the candidature of the candidate can be canceled.
  27. The appointment order will be provided only if all the original certificates are found to be correct after verification before the appointment order.
  28. After appointment, it will be mandatory to submit a medical certificate issued by the District Hospital. In case of being found unfit, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
  29. Changes in rules are valid as per the instructions of Mission Director SRLM, Development Commissioner Office, Atal Nagar Nava Raipur.
